the last couple days, however, have reminded me how much i LOVE cycling.. sure, i #spin every day or two but there is nothing in the world that compares to sailing down the roads.. silent.. no exhaust.. passing by people and hearing them talking… oh, and the occasional #protein #lunch that sometimes catches you by surprise.
