went up to #princerupert for the containershop celebration of steam ship arrical.. err, rather cruise ship arrival.. 3080 guests disembarked and spread US dollhairs around and we were there as @thegeneralbean and enjoying the fresh ocean air and townie differences.. and here i am trying to break out of my anti- selfie shyness.. work in progress // baby steps 😉

#babysteps y’all.. for some reason, when i was setting up sketches and ideas for the #rudder, i had this great idea- carbon fiber post that would be within a teflon tube.. the teflon tube being #epoxied in to #theboat… problem (Uh Oh!!!!) teflon doesnt stick to anything and nothing sticks to teflon so.. the epoxy wouldnt hold… #answer- a second carbon tube to create a carbon sandwich with a teflon filling!!
So, here we see the new #external carbon tube.. the #teflon tube.. and what will be the rudder post.. gonna grab a shwanky drill bit and cut thru Boat2’s hull to test it all out shortly!!!via Instagram https://instagr.am/p/DJXt96Dy6Dj/
