The PHREAQ0UT Film Festival is a growing concern.. it’s an integral part of the Arts Extravaganza Art taking place Sept. 18th and 19th of this year and by using the ZOOM event structure, the Film Festival submissions will be screened in many different, and disparately located, venues.. starting with The Back Eddy in Terrace BC..
