This year nearly killed me..
This year has been difficult.. from deaths in the family, end of projects, loss of workspace.. training has been sporadic, to say the least. So I’m putting it here that I’ll be spinning for 60 to 120 mins every second day~ at the least! My goal is 120 mins each and every day.. and I think I’m nearing that threshold. I’ll take a photo of the computer before I ride and after I finish.. and chances are, I’ll be using my Concept II ergometer as a warm up.. so it’s a great work out.
